TERMS OF SALE
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms of Sale") govern the sales concluded between:

and any non-professional individual wishing to make a purchase through this website (the "Customer").
These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered on the website.
2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all sales of products made on this website. Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force on the date of the order.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those shown on the website, while stocks last.
Each product is described as precisely as possible. However, photographs, visuals and descriptions are provided for information purposes and are not fully contractual.
Nuria reserves the right to change the range of products offered for sale at any time.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars ($).
Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown to the Customer before the final confirmation of the order.
Nuria reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The Customer selects the products they wish to buy, adds them to their cart, then confirms the order after checking its contents.
The order is only considered final after:
- confirmation of the cart,
- acceptance of these Terms of Sale,
- actual payment of the order.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the address provided when ordering.
Nuria reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, inaccurate information or unauthorized payment.
6. Payment
The price is payable in full at the time of the order.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on the website at the time of purchase.
Payments are secured by the technical providers chosen by the website. Nuria does not have access to the Customer's full bank details when the payment is processed by a specialized provider.
If the payment is refused by the bank or the payment provider, the order will be automatically canceled.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times are shown on the website as estimates; they are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Nuria cannot be held responsible for a delay attributable to:
- the carrier,
- an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Customer,
- force majeure,
- an exceptional logistics disruption.
In the event of a lost, damaged or abnormally delayed package, the Customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@nuria-store.com.
8. Satisfaction guarantee and returns
Each product comes with a satisfaction guarantee whose duration and conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
Customers located in the European Union also have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. This period runs from the receipt of the product by the Customer or a third party designated by them. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a clear and unambiguous request by email to contact@nuria-store.com, then has a further 14 days to send the product back after notifying the withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated on the website or in the event of an error attributable to Nuria.
The amounts paid are refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal decision; Nuria may defer the refund until the item has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
9. Defective or damaged products
If a product is defective, does not match the order or is damaged on receipt, the Customer must contact Nuria as soon as possible at contact@nuria-store.com, attaching photos and a description of the problem if possible.
After checking, Nuria may offer, as appropriate:
- a replacement,
- a store credit,
- a partial or full refund.
10. Legal warranties
The Customer benefits from the legal warranties applicable under the law of their place of residence. These warranties apply independently of the commercial guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

11. Liability
Nuria cannot be held responsible for indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the products.
Nuria's liability cannot be engaged in the event of misuse of the product, use not in accordance with its intended purpose, or force majeure.
12. Personal data
The information collected when ordering is necessary for processing the order, for delivery and for customer relations.
The processing of personal data is detailed in the website's Privacy Policy, which sets out in particular its purposes, the rights of individuals and how to exercise them.
13. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, visuals, logo, graphics, images, structure, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nuria has its registered office.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent courts of that jurisdiction will have jurisdiction.
